Booking / Payment FAQs

I am not a student; can I join to the trips nevertheless?

Most of our participants are students however this is not a restriction for us. The age limit is from 3 to 55 years old. If you want to bring an older person, a young person has to accompany the older person during the whole trip. 

You do not have to be student to join the trips.

Why should I provide you with my personal info?

We require some information to contact you before and after the trips when needed. E-mail, phone number etc. are for this matter. Birth of date, birth place etc. are for hotels/hostels and international transitions that may require police search.

When is the last day of payment?

There is usually not a specific due date for the registrations. However, it is not possible to complete the payment 5 days before the trips since the transaction will not take place before the trip. We need to be able to control the payment in order to guarantee your seat and the seats are usually fully booked in the first 2 weeks after we announce the trips.

I am attending to the trip with my friends. Can we be in the same bus?

Passengers who will attend from the same departure city will be in the same bus. Uniflucht GmbH cannot guarantee the same bus arrangements but if the conditions are right, we may do so.

Is there a specific due date for payment after the registration? What if there are no seats left available by the time the bank transfer is completed?

Yes, you must complete the payment in the following 5 days after you register to the trips. If the bus is full by the time we have your payment in the account; your money will be refunded in the next 7 days. We recommend early registrations and payment in order to avoid complications.

Do we get a confirmation after the payment?

A: Credit card, PayPal and Sofort payments are quickly visible in the bank accounts and we send a confirmation email as soon as we have the payments visible.

B: Bank transfers take max. 3 days to be completed. When the payment is completed and the transfer is visible in Uniflucht GmbH account, you get a confirmation email.

Is it possible to pay for other people in the same bank account?

Yes, it is possible. The only requirement is that each participant must specify their own information under the transaction.

Post Booking FAQ'S

I did not get a confirmation email even though I did the payment?

Bank transfers can take some time to be completed. Please do check your spam box as well as inbox. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we get the payment. If the transfer time has passed and you still did not get a confirmation, please contact us immediately.

Can I change the departure city I chose when I registered?

Yes, you can do it by paying an additional 10 Euro.

Can I sell my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can do it by paying an additional 10 Euro. And the new participant must share their personal information with Uniflucht GmbH in order to be accepted in the bus.

I am not attending to the trip, how can I get a refund and cancel my participation?

Departure and Travel FAQ'S

What are the visa requirements in order to join to the trips?

You must carry the travel documents that we mention below at all times during the trips. To avoid any complications, an Uniflucht Gmbh personal will check your documents before you get in the bus. If any of the required documents are missing, the participants will not be able to get in the bus and join the trip. The original versions of all the documents are obligated and the copies will not be tolerated.

EU Nationals: VALID PASSPORT or ID CARD.

Other Nationalities: VALID PASSPORT and RESIDENCE/ STAY PERMITS. (Citizens of some of the countries are not required any visa for the Schengen area.)

What is the baggage allowance?

You are allowed to bring 2pcs of baggage in total.
1 Pc hand baggage (max. 40cm*30cm*10cm, max 5kg).
1 Pc check-in baggage (max. 55cm*40cm*20cm, max 15kg) (not accessible at all times of the journey).
For your ease and comfort, we recommend you to travel with minimal luggage.

Where do I find out the departure and arrival hours and the places of the trips?

The final places and the hours will be sent to all participants 3 days before the trips. Please check your email inbox and spam box.

Why do I have to pay an extra 10 euros for hotel/hostel arrangements?

This additional payment will be taken as deposit money and will be refunded if the hotel/hostel rooms are left in a good condition.

How do I recognize the bus of Uniflucht GmbH?

We have Uniflucht logos on our busses and you can always contact us from our company number if you have any problems finding the busses.

Is it possible to stay in rooms that are only for women?

Yes it is. You must tell us beforehand in order for us to arrange the accommodation plan.
