EU citizens do not require passports for travel. EU citizens need a National Identification (ID) card (Driving license is not sufficient)
Non-EU citizens must carry a valid passport and either a residence permit or visa
Photocopies or electronic versions of these documents are not acceptable. Original documents must be presented to board on the bus.

First of all, this recent tour was not good because of missed disciplines of management and inconvenience during trip. but, our tour leader is good at all, she handled all these problems very carefully, also she managed all things during trip perfectly. but please, from the next trip always prepare a next plan for an emergency.
Alpine Trip :
Reached Frankfurt main hbf at 1:40 AM IST on 20th Jan, 23. – delayed by 20 mins Due to mechanical issues, the bus stops near Stuttgart at 4:30 AM and takes us to the government warm facility. The Uniflucht admin informed the bus repair will take 2 hours and it will be here within 9 AM. Bus reached the government warm house at 1 PM – after all the conversation between Uniflucht and passengers. After understanding the loss of time and stress come to compensate for 50% refund.
At 1:30 PM – bus left at government warm place after repair. They picked up a few members at Stuttgart and reached the chamonix at 10 PM. I have noticed the driver had little confusion on navigation path and did not cover the distance within the Time. He is too slow to drive, it tooks 8 hour 30 minutes to reach chamonix hostel from the government warm house.
So, I have spent 24 hours on the bus to reach chamonix from frankfurt. I didn’t understand that I paid money for a trip to view places or to spend the time on Bus. Wasted the money and saturday will be full of journey and didn’t visit a single place. Time wasted, stress, body pain and loss.
At chamonix – night stay at hostel was ok. For Sunday, the Uniflucht admin informed us to get ready at 8 AM on Sunday and will reach the interlaken at 11:30 Am and later we can explore the places.
Again, the Bus for every 1 hour drive, they have taken 5 to 10 mins break. Finally at 11 AM, due to engine issues, the driver stops at gas stations for an hour and Passenger loses the time,money and patience. From that point to interlaken shows 170+ km to reach the interlaken – so it will be around 2 Pm. Even passengers came to conclusion to cancel the trip due to there services, bus issues and demanded for the 100% refund. Still uniflucht was not respect the passengers words and they mainly confused on money and they were ready to drop the passengers in middle, if they ask for full refund.
At Interlaken by 2:30 PM Time below places were already closed :– Unterseen.
– Cruise on Lake Thun.
– Swiss Open-Air Museum Ballenberg.
Reached interlaken at 2:30 PM on Sunday – I went to Grindelwald by train and the rope tickets were closed and sunset at 4 :30 PM. Nothing i have seen places at Switzerland when we reached at 2:30 PM .
Later getdown bus at 8 PM and dropped at 5Am monday at frankfurt (main ) hbf.
The Uniflucht Team has not provided good services to passengers. Uniflucht Admin/Boss need to improve on several aspects like Bus maintenance, time pickup and services . Overall this Trip : The Passengers have lost money, places, stress, health and patience. I am requesting a refund of the full amount for all the passengers including me.
