Important Note:
⚠️People with Negative Covid Test result (antigen test you can do it for free in test centers in Germany, self tests are not accepted) vaccinated or recovered from Covid can participate on this trip.
⚠️The proof of the vaccination has to be shown digitally on a device or physically.
⚠️The only vaccines allowed are those that have been authorized by EMA (European Medicines Agency.) It is your entire responsibility to have an authorized vaccination.

In the following cases we offer a 100% refund:
• If the trip is cancelled by UNIFLUCHT.
• If you have a proof of positive Covid test result.

Only vaccinated and recovered people are allowed to join the trip. The proof of the vaccination can be be shown digitally on a device or physically. The only vaccines allowed are those that have been authorized by EMA (European Medicines Agency). It is your entire responsibility to have an authorized vaccination. For more information, visit the EMA website and check with the health authorities of the destinations you are visiting. UNIFLUCHT IS NOT an authorized entity to approve valid vaccinations. In addition, according to the corona rules announced by the countries, measures such as testing, vaccination or quarantine can be taken.
Everybody is required to wear a face mask. Children up to age of 6 are not required to wear a face mask. Children from 6 to 15 years may wear a surgical mask. From the age of 16, you are required to wear a FFP2 or medical mask. The masks must be worn throughout the entire journey and every time you enter the bus.
Please note that it’s not allowed to consume alcohol on the bus. Food and soft drinks are allowed.
Busses will be thoroughly cleaned before and after every trip.
During long breaks (while you explore the destination), the bus will be aired thoroughly.
Our busses are equipped with anti-virus filters and disinfection dispensers.
If you have booked a trip including accommodation: We will only partner with hotels and restaurants that adhere to strict guidelines, such as frequent cleaning of common areas and thoroughly disinfecting guest rooms between customers. Partner restaurants will follow enhanced protocols with staff trained in local health, hygiene, and physical contact guidelines.
Everybody is required to bring face masks. We recommend also bringing hand sanitizer.
All of our passengers have to show a negative test, an antigen test or proof of vaccination.
We encourage everybody to social distance while exploring the destination anywhere possible.
Yes, if your Covid test is positive, you will receive a 100% refund after submitting a proof of your positive test result.
In this case, please contact us immediately so we are able to let everybody on the trip know that someone was tested positive shortly after. This information remains anonymous; however, we need to be able to tell everybody that they need to get tested again and quarantine, so it’s really important that you let us know. The information also has to be registered at the local health department
NOTE:
As you know, the restrictions may change daily. If there are any other requirements implemented by the government then we will communicate them as soon as it’s possible. As the trend is positive lately, we don’t expect stricter restrictions; however, should further requirements arise, they are not a reason for free cancelations. If new restrictions make it impossible for us to carry out the trip smoothly, then the entire trip will get cancelled and everybody on our attending list will receive a full refund.
Please do not forget any of the above stated documents! Travellers without valid identity & visa documents will not be allowed to join us! Please consider the fact that your seats will be reserved, therefore in such case we will not be able to refund the paid amount!
It’s great. I met a lot of travellers too and make friends with them.One thing i don’t like is the Hotel. I am not comfortable with my bed because i was on the extra bunk bed(top) and i am afraid to fall when i am asleep. It’s very dangerous for me especially that i am heavy. Maybe next time,prioritize your travellers comfort and let them chose the right bed for them. Also the Toilet in Bus is not functional or let me say it’s very dirty too. It needs to be hygienic to avoid contracting any disease and for the safety of travellers. Wifi is optional,if possible wifi is also a plus during the trip for those who had no unlimited internet contracts.
The trip was really nice. The only concern that I have is the toilet on the Bus. It shall be mandatory to have a working toilet on the bus for Emergency purposes. For Bus 1 where I was sitting, the toilet was closed with no toilet paper from the beginning. Please try to improve it in future.
