Faced too much problem as travelled with my child , stuffs are not co-operative at all

It was a good tour if not the best. You covered lot of places and the accommodation was also good. But there are few things which needs improvement –
1. Better team leader, one who can take control of things.
2. Monaco – The bus parking was a mess and even police came when they tried to park by side of road. This all resulted in losing more than a hour and brought lot of frustration.
3. On last day, the bus was supposed to start by 8.30 but due to some issue with other hotel payment, it started only 2 hours late.
4. Overall, Air Conditioning never worked during the whole trip and finally the emergency window has to be opened.
You guys are conducting lot of tours but unless you maintain the quality, people will think twice before booking the tour. Please take it as constructive criticism and work on improving the things.
