New Year`s Eve Trip to Paris (Daily Trip)

I have allotted with bus number 4 from Mannheim/Heidelburg. I waited at Mannheim from 01.00 in the morning to 04.30 in the morning. Along with me, another solo passgenger also waited. But no bus showed up. And we went back home. The mean time, other Paris trip passgers with different packages and different tour oporators got buses and they departed.
Mannheim is an ugly city to wait in the midnight. Eventhough I waited for the bus.
I contacted the tour operators, but none replied. Even now none replies. Very poor coordination of tour. Very bad experience. Even the money I have paid just lost. I want the compensation for the loss of money, time, and mental harassment.

Overall the worst trip I went on in my life. We had no team leader, it was just the travelers and the driver. The day started well ended in the worst way possible. No communication. As usual no organization. Return pick-up was 3.5hrs late. Made the travelers walk miles because the driver forgot where he parked the bus. one day trip turned out to be 2 days. Reached back late. There was no response from the Unifluct team, not even one member to communicate. I would not recommend this agency to anyone. Moreover, I would like to say not to pick Unifluct because we experienced such a traumatic night that too even for New year’s day.
