New Year’s Eve Trip to Paris (Daily Trip)

Luckily the drivers of the trip have been professionals, if it weren’t for them everything would have been a disaster. I understand that it is a complicated date to organize a trip but not even they knew what type of trip it was, they had not been informed by Uniflucht of important details about the trip itself. Again, applause to the drivers, but I have been dissatisfied with the organization of Uniflucht, especially since it is the first trip I have made with the company.

The bus was delayed when we were coming to Paris and going from Paris. We were standing in freezing weather for 3-4 hours waiting for bus. If it is expected from us to be on time than the same applies to the team as well. Please be mindful from next time. You all are putting people’s health at risk

Bad service. the driver was missing BUS 8 was not there to take us return . After alot of calls he comes after 3 hours.
