Paris Trip (Weekend Getaway)

head a great time. the bus city tour was not very good. The guide mostly covered universities and stuff which was not that captivating.

Our Experience was not good as Family. We were 5 person from same Family including one Kid. We booked this trip 25 days before and We had to onboard the bus from last Stop from their Pickup points. We discussed to Uniflucht Support to ensure to have seats for us closer to each other. There was no ensurity and it was passed to Tour Team Lead and asked me when it would be designated, then I can talk to them and he can ensure this. 1 Day before, WhatsApp group formed and I got team lead contact details and he did not ensure us even I spoke to him 6 to 7 hours prior the Trip Start. When we onboarded, he allowed 8 singles to sit together and we had to sit separately being one Family and he mentioned he could not do anything.

In Short, If you are travelling Alone, No Chances to Sit together even contacting their costumer Support or Team Lead. Feel like ALone even you are with Family.

Additionally, my kid vomitted on seats before reaching to Paris [30 mins] and I tried to clean the floor and Seat with 2 packets of Tissues and when we off boarded in Paris, I informed about the situation and requested them to sanitizing and clean the Seat and Team Lead was, We are not equipped to handle such situations and you have to sit on same seat where your son puked. Afterwards, I talked to his Boss and Same behavior from them. This Is like a Shit Manegement and they don’t care about their passangers and their concerns.

It was very bad experience and I am never going to travel via Uniflucht again and won’t recommend any Family to travel.
