Refund Policy
• We provide you a 100% refund if the trip is canceled by UNIFLUCHT.
Check Our Departure Cities Below:EU citizens do not require passports for travel. EU citizens need a National Identification (ID) card (Driving license is not sufficient)
Non-EU citizens must carry a valid passport and either a residence permit or visa
Photocopies or electronic versions of these documents are not acceptable. Original documents must be presented to board on the bus.
Please do not forget any of the above stated documents! Travellers without valid identity & visa documents will not be allowed to join us! Please consider the fact that your seats will be reserved, therefore in such case we will not be able to refund the paid amount!
I think you should give more time for the people to spend on Lucerne, because 3 hours at Lucerne was not enough. My friends who have travelled with me also felt the same. Instead of giving 9 hrs at Zurich, you should give more time to people to spend time on the Rhine falls and Lucerne.
