Dear Uniflucht Family,
We are taking you to 3 capitals of Central Europe in 3 days.
Our first stop is in Bratislava, 18th-century old town, and then we will head to Budapest, the “Little Paris of Middle Europe”. We are going to stay in Budapest for two nights and have plenty of time to explore it. Last but not least, we are going to Vienna, the gate to Eastern Europe, in our last day.
All three cities had been capitals of the former Austro-Hungarian Empire in the past. Having been together in one empire for several centuries the architecture, culture, traditions and cuisine have a lot in common. Nowadays they are the capitals of three independent Central-European countries. So close to each other and still different.
We are expecting a large number for this trip. Our seats run out so fast as always, so we highly recommend you to book your seat ASAP!

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the recent 3 Capitals Trip to Vienna, Budapest, and Bratislava that my family and I embarked on, starting on September 29, 2023.
Firstly, I must emphasize that the coordination and planning for this trip were nothing short of a disaster. The entire experience was marred by a lack of proper organization and communication. From the beginning, it was evident that the trip was not well-managed, and this became increasingly apparent as the journey progressed.
One of the most significant issues we encountered was the accommodation provided. The rooms we were allocated during our stay were, quite frankly, horrible. They were far below the standards we expected and paid for when booking this trip through your agency. The living conditions were subpar, and it was extremely disappointing to have to endure such uncomfortable accommodations, especially when traveling with a 10-year-old child.
Furthermore, our grievances were further exacerbated by the fact that despite multiple complaints made to your representatives during the trip, no effective resolution was offered or implemented. This lack of responsiveness and willingness to address our concerns on the spot only added to our dissatisfaction.
To make matters worse, we were charged an additional 60 euros for the room alone, which was not communicated to us beforehand. This unexpected charge was both unfair and unjustified, and it only added to our financial burden during this trip.
I must express that this entire experience has been distressing, and my family, especially my child, suffered a great deal of inconvenience and discomfort throughout the trip due to the issues we encountered.
I strongly urge you to take immediate action to address these concerns and provide a satisfactory resolution. I expect to hear back from you promptly with a clear plan of action to rectify this situation and compensate us for the distress and inconvenience we have endured.
Please be aware that if I do not receive a timely and adequate response from your agency, I will have no choice but to explore legal avenues to seek redress for the substandard service we received.
I trust that you will take this matter seriously and work towards resolving it in a manner that reflects positively on your agency’s reputation. I look forward to your prompt response.
