EU citizens do not require passports for travel. EU citizens need a National Identification (ID) card (Driving license is not sufficient)
Non-EU citizens must carry a valid passport and either a residence permit or visa
Photocopies or electronic versions of these documents are not acceptable. Original documents must be presented to board on the bus.
Please do not forget any of the above stated documents! Travellers without valid identity & visa documents will not be allowed to join us! Please consider the fact that your seats will be reserved, therefore in such case we will not be able to refund the paid amount!
Hi Uniflucht team,
I’m writing to you as a very unsatisfied customer of Uniflucht with my experience in “Brussels & Bruges Trip” which happened on 22nd July 2023. Order number : #22973
I received an email from uniflucht with departure details. As per the email, the bus was scheduled to arrive in Mannheim at 00:30 AM on 22nd July. The bus was significantly delayed in the context of “technical issue”. It was delayed until 4:45 AM. It was a very horrible experience to wait in the Mannheim bus station all alone for 4 hours. It was really cold and not much people around. It was a scary experience.
Finally, the bus arrived at 4:45 AM and still had many other pick up points to go to. At 11:11 AM, we received a message from the guide on whatsapp group saying if we go to Bruges and then Brussels, we would reach Brussels late evening around 6 PM and we will not have much time to explore the city. Also, since the driver has to be given a mandatory rest time for 9 hours, we wouldn’t be leaving Brussels until next morning 3 AM. The other option was to skip Bruges and only go to Brussels.
There was a poll done by the guide and the majority vote was to visit only Brussels due to the above mentioned scenario. Everyone didn’t want to wait till 3 AM in Brussels given the horrible experience we already had.
So, we reached Atomium at 12:30 PM and Brussels by 2 PM. So half of the trip didn’t go as expected because of the huge delay in the arrival of the bus.
We were asked to come back to the bus by 10:30 PM and we had time to ourselves to explore the city. As informed, everyone arrived in the bus at 10:30 PM and there was again a delay of 1 hour (till 11:30 PM) as this bus was waiting for another Uniflucht bus. Really terrible!!
Finally we started our return journey at 11:30 and somewhere after Aachen around 2:30 PM, there was a sudden jerk in the bus and everyone woke up with a shock. The bus had hit something on the side of the road and a part of the bus was damaged. The bus was taken to a nearby petrol station hoping to find a mechanic to fix the issue. However, it was patched up by putting some tape around the damaged part. See photos for your reference. This took about 2 hours again till 4:30 AM and finally I reached Mannheim at 8 AM in the morning with a lot of delays and danger.
Overall, it was a terrible experience with Uniflucht. Since the service was heavily compromised by Uniflucht, I demand compensation for the same. I want a refund of the entire money I spent on this trip based on the fact that half of the trip was cancelled and it also involved danger in the form of an accident.

Terrible! Fellow passengers and I had to wait for the bus to arrive at the pickup point for nearly 3-4 hours on a cold night. The plan was to cover Bruges and Brussels in a day, and since the bus arrived almost 4 hours late, we had to drop Bruges and just had to tour around Brussels. We could not even enjoy our trip entirely!!!
Cancelling without any reason. I made the call to confirm the cancellation of my booking. There is no one pick up the phone?
I will never travel with uniflucht one more time. Please refund me as soon as possible.
