EU citizens do not require passports for travel. EU citizens need a National Identification (ID) card (Driving license is not sufficient)
Non-EU citizens must carry a valid passport and either a residence permit or visa
Photocopies or electronic versions of these documents are not acceptable. Original documents must be presented to board on the bus.
Please do not forget any of the above stated documents! Travellers without valid identity & visa documents will not be allowed to join us! Please consider the fact that your seats will be reserved, therefore in such case we will not be able to refund the paid amount!
Worst trip ever. We were left alone in the Florence city. Our team leader doesn’t have any humanitarian sense. Gone through lot of pain in this trip.
– Uncomfortable bus seats
We got double decker cramped bus, while all others got comfortable buses. The legroom was not at all enough, even worse than a flight. Even seats were not comfortable.
– Rude and unfriendly guide
He was clueless about the trip, our time got wasted in murano island, as by the time we reached the island, the glass factory was closed already. Seems like the guide didnt know about the timings.
Few members from the trip got left behind at Florence because of huge miscommunication by the guide. The time to return he communicated changed quite often and people missed track of messages. He didn’t check if everyone has come back to the bus, didn’t wait even 10 minutes. Within 10 minutes, those people had reached the pickup point by running.
Worst part is, he wasn’t even picking up their call and neither responded to their messages.
– Hotel was awful
In no way was the hotel 3 star, not even 2 star. The breakfast was bad. The rooms were small and bathrooms were tiny. They didn’t even let us fill water bottles from tap water. Not a single free water bottle was given.
– Late start
Trip was supposed to start from 19:15 from Cologne airport, the bus itself reached at 8pm.
