The team leader should have been more active plus except for language she didn’t know anything. Twice we went out with her to visit certain places and she left even without notifying us.
Plus i booked the tour just for a balloon ride in Cappadocia. it got canceled. you should have informed us earlier about it. For this trip the communication between us and uniflucht was very poor. Got to know a lot of details at the last moment.
