Paris trip New Year’s (1 Night Stay)

This trip was not good at all, so much mismanagement no group leader or tour guide at all.
Lot of delays and there isn’t any proper itinerary.

No management at all. If you can’t manage these many bookings, don’t take them simply! Always in rush so not able to see anything properly. Didn’t provide the time to have the lunch in the city on the 1st day. Had to wait till reaching the hotel. The hotel was so far from the city. nothing close to eating or anything. The hotel room was so small to fit 3 people. No towels were provided. No information on where to see the new year celebration or transport. The odd timing of reaching the station. I came from Berlin and I had to wait at the station at night to catch the bus back.
New year celebration ruined! Disaster!!!!!!
